EstateClock

A decision package, not a generic alert feed

Move an estate handoff from spreadsheet to assigned work.

  1. Start with authorized seeds. The buyer supplies known domains, a transaction perimeter and their authority to assess.
  2. Expand and reconcile. A paid assessment uses BuiltWith related-site, redirect, subdomain and history signals alongside the customer roster.
  3. Collect source facts. Direct TLS, DNS, HTTP and authoritative RDAP observations are timestamped and retained with their source.
  4. Rank the work. Deterministic expiry and delegation conditions create a worklist. Ownership and business consequence remain human decisions.

What arrives

A confirmed inventory, orphan candidates, expiry dates, consequence class, owner field and ticket-ready worklist. Monitoring then catches persistent changes across confirmed properties.

Accuracy boundary

EstateClock reports public observations and clearly labels inference. It never treats a related site as legal ownership, nor does it renew, transfer, alter DNS or issue certificates.
